Oral Genital Herpes
Infection with oral genital herpes, genital wart and genital herpes is possible with all types of intercourse.
Nowadays there is a drug that is called valaciclovir that has recently been proven to reduce the rate of transmission to uninfected sexual partners of people with the virus. There are different types of therapy; thus there is suppressive or preventative antiviral therapy that can help to prevent or reduce the number of symptomatic and asymptomatic recurrences.

HSV can be transmitted even when there are no visible symptoms or lesions.
