Genital Wart
A genital wart may be discovered at a pap smear, and your pap could come back with an ASCUS reading.
They can occur singly, in groups, or multiple areas anywhere in the genital area. Small and light-colored at first, it can grow to be fleshy and raised above the normal skin in a cauliflower appearance. Resulting from Human papillomavirus (HPV), the appearance can vary with the location and stage of the virus.
