Plana Verruca
If you have a plana verruca, a pap smear test is necessary to make sure you don't have a genital wart, as these disorders are the result of inoculation with HPV of different strains.
This wart may appear on the feet, hands and arms, cheeks, and forehead. The surface is flat, pale, smooth, and slightly raised. It is common in both children and young adults. The flat wart is caused by the Human Papilloma virus types 3, 10, 28 and 41.
