HPV Genital Wart
A hpv genital wart and cervical cancer are caused by different strains of human papilloma virus.
Condoms, however, will help prevent the spread of many other sexually transmitted infections. Skin-to-skin contact is all that is necessary for transmission. The human papilloma virus can be anywhere in the anal or pubic area, making condoms ineffective in the prevention of transmission during sexual contact.
