Warts Causes
Not any case of genital warts causes discomfort; some warts in the cervical area and other disorders related to HPV have no overt manifestations.
Certain types tend to occur at particular anatomic sites. More than 150 types of this infection have been identified. This disorder is caused by Human papillomavirus, which is a double-stranded, circular, supercoiled DNA virus enclosed in an icosahedral capsid and comprising 72 capsomers.

There is no ideal treatment for this disorder. The diagnosis is made primarily on the basis of clinical findings. The primary clinical manifestation of the disease includes common type, genital type, flat, deep palmoplantar type (myrmecia), focal epithelial hyperplasia, and plantar cysts.
