Genital condyloma manifests around the rectal area and may be unnoticeable. HPV, primarily spread through sexual contact, initiates these cellular changes. Anal intercourse, cervical dysplasia, and HIV infected men carry greater risk for ano-genital cancer (four times more for women because they carry HPV-16, a high-grade cancer causing HPV strain).
