Planter'S Warts
Planter's warts (plantar's) are of the foot and are not caused by the same strain as those that cause vaginal dysplasia or ASCUS cervical tissue.
This problem is found on weight-bearing areas, such as the metatarsal head and heel. When such lesions occur on the hand, they tends to be subungual or periungual. They begin as small papules and progress to deep round lesions, surrounded by a smooth collar of thickened horn.

Vaginal Dysplasia, ASCUS
This is the other name for palmoplantar disorder. These lesions cause pain, because they grow deep into the plantar surface. Extensive involvement on the sole of the foot may impair ambulation. Malignant change has been reported, but such cases are very rare.
