Wart On Face
A wart on face is HPV but will not cause vaginitis or need a cone biopsy.

Vaginitis, Cone Biopsy
Described as HPV induced lumps cropping out on the anterior epidermal layer of the head such as the cheeks. Commonly exhibited in the beards of men and in cheeks of children. These growths may look like colonies of reddish-pink pinheads. Sometimes they disappear untreated particularly in children. A wart on face is HPV but will not cause vaginitis or need a cone biopsy.
